Vendor Application

The North Carolina Association for Hospital Central Service Professionals (NCAHCSP) will hold an educational meeting with vendor show on Saturday May 3, 2025, in Charlotte, NC. The meeting will be held at the Atrium Health Airport Center Building K. The address is 5039 Airport Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28208. The NCAHCSP is a non-profit organization. This meeting will include an exhibit feature directed toward technology, products, supplies, and equipment used in routine patient care, either directly prior to or after assembly by Central Service. The cost to participate in the vendor show is as follows:

• Tier 1: $400.00 (table and chairs X 2 included)
• Tier 2: $150.00 plus provide approved speaker covering all costs associated with speaker (table and chairs X 2 included)

The exhibit will be open 2 hours, Saturday May 3, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. with no educational presentation conducted during that time. Donations are greatly appreciated and gratefully acknowledged.
