NCAHCSP is happy to announce the 2024 NCAHCSP Annual meeting is scheduled for September 27 – 29, 2024.   The meeting will be held at the Courtyard Carolina Beach Oceanfront located at 100 Charlotte Avenue, Carolina Beach, NC 28428. We are finalizing the brochure and will have it available very soon. Please see below for meeting details....

The meeting will start Friday September 27 and will end on Sunday September 29, 2024. Pre-registration is open.

In-person registration will start at 12:00 on Friday September 27, 2024.

The meeting will start at 1:00 pm Friday September 27, 2024.  The vendor exhibit will be held on Saturday September 28, 2024.

2024 NCAHCSP Annual Conference costs:

2024 NCAHCSP members: $135 (includes 3-day conference)

Non-member: $160 (includes 3-day conference and 2024 NCAHCSP membership)

NCAHCSP requests that attendees and vendors reserve rooms at the Courtyard Carolina Beach Oceanfront.  This is the hotel where the conference will be held.  NCAHCSP has a block of rooms being held at a discounted rate for attendees and vendors. To receive the discounted rate, all reservations MUST be made on or before August 26, 2024.

Note: For registered guests staying overnight at the hotel, complimentary parking is provided for (1) one vehicle per sleeping room. Guests staying in paid sleeping rooms are considered registered guests. The front desk will provide a parking pass at check-in which must be displayed in the guest's vehicle during the stay. Due to the size of the parking lots, the hotel is only able to provide parking for guests staying at the hotel.

Unregistered guests attending the meeting are not allowed to utilize hotel parking facilities. Additional paid parking is available in nearby Town of Carolina Beach and Private Parking lots at the guest's own expense. Parking fees in these lots are set by the owners of the lots and not by the hotel.
