Note: Rooms ARE available for Friday September 27 and Saturday September 28, 2024. When trying to book your room change the date to arriving Friday September 27 and departing Sunday September 29. If you have any issues, please call Stacie Patterson, 704-902-8092. Please book at the Courtyard Carolina Beach Oceanfront. Each room book, helps the Association. Also, if you are NOT staying at the Courtyard Carolina Beach Oceanfront Hotel, you will not be able to park at the hotel.

Note: For registered guests staying overnight at the hotel, complimentary parking is provided for (1) one vehicle per sleeping room. Guests staying in paid sleeping rooms are considered registered guests. The front desk will provide a parking pass at check-in which must be displayed in the guest’s vehicle during the stay. Due to the size of the parking lots, the hotel is only able to provide parking for guests staying at the hotel.

Unregistered guests attending the meeting are not allowed to utilize hotel parking facilities. Additional paid parking is available in nearby Town of Carolina Beach and Private Parking lots at the guest’s own expense. Parking fees in these lots are set by the owners of the lots and not by the hotel.
