July 29, 2014 The Hawthorne Inn has revised their special room rates for the NCAHCSP. The new rate is $80.00 per night plus applicable taxes and fees.
July 1, 2014 The NCAHCSP would like to announce a change to the Board of Directors. Paul Hess, has agreed to serve as the Secretary of the Association beginning on July 1, 2014. Paul can be reached using the contact address and telephone numbers post on the Association web page.

April 8, 2014 Be sure to attend the 39th Annual Educational Presentation and Vendor Exhibition. We have expanded the educational offerings to include Wednesday afternoon. Attend one day or all three. The CBSPD has approved this years meeting for a total of 11 contact hours if you attend all three days. Separate contact hours are available for each individual day or combination of days. This year we present "Do The Right Thing" at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, April 23rd thru 25.
August 22, 2013 The Board of Directors, at our Summer BOD meeting, has made the decision to add an educational session(s) to the Annual Meeting. We will add the session(s) on Wednesday afternoon for those members who desire additional hours and / or are early arrivals to the Annual Meeting. At this writing, we envision this session to begin at 1:00 pm and last until 4:00 or later. We also see this as being a pre-conference session and as technician based. CEU's will be provided for those attendees in addition to the CEU's provided for Thursday and Friday attendees. This additional educational offering would potentially provide an attendee with a total of 10+/- CEU's (CBSPD will determing actual CEU hours) for the Annual Meeting provided they attend all sessions.
May 15, 2013 The SCAHCSP is offering a free seminar to all Sterile Processing Professionals and anyone interested in learning more about the profession. We have a great group of speakers and we are very excited to offer this seminar free of charge. Because this is a half day meeting we will not be providing lunch but we will have light snacks and refreshments. If you have any questions about the meeting please feel free to contact any of the SCHACSP board members. Contacts can be found on the IAHCSMM website under the chapters tab. May 12, 2011 The NCAHCSP Board of Directors has committed for the next five years to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort to conduct our Annual Educational Meeting and Vendor Exhibition. Please visit the pictures of this years meeting on our website and view a small portion of the Hilton facility. The Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort has offered the NCAHCSP attendees a room rate very similar to what we have been charged at the Ocean Dunes Resort plus all the amenities that the Hilton also offers. The change in venue is a step in the positive direction for our educational experience.

Does anyone have a hard copy of the June 1999 newsletter, Volume 10 Issue 3? If so, please fax it to me at (910) 343-4400. I am trying to recreate the newsletters as they appeared when published and post them on the website for archival and historical purposes. The only copy of the June 1999 newsletter that I have is from the website and some of the information is not complete.
